How we handle data
A concise summary — the full commitments are in the documents above.
Defined roles
IBL Holding Ltd. acts as a controller for its own account, billing, and security data, and as a processor acting on documented customer instructions for customer-provided data.
Application-level controls
Tenant and workspace isolation, role-based authorization, server-side secret handling, audit and privacy-request controls, and data-category governance for external research providers.
Honest limitations
Infrastructure, backup, and provider-side deletion actions are operated by external platforms. Deletion is never presented as complete unless it is evidenced and confirmed.
